Example flooring was at $9 square feet which we got for $4.21 using MCDC discount. 4-man this made the world of difference.
The process was incredibly smooth. Their first initial crew had 5 guys. They handle all the metal framing & drywalling it took two days to complete 1200 sq ft basement. Flooring also had a 4-man crew it took them 1 days to lay the floor insane. The entire project took 3 weeks to complete.
